Kentner Sellers, LLP was established in the early 1960s by S. Victor Kentner and Bob Sellers. In the early years, the firm specialized in serving clients in the tool and die shop and manufacturing industries. Vic and Bob built the practice with the philosophy of caring for their clients as people by giving them unsolicited, pro-active advice; a practice that continues to this day. Since then, the firm has developed a specialization in serving the construction, transportation, and warehousing industries. The firm’s headquarters is located in Vandalia, OH and focuses on serving clients in the Miami Valley Region.

The firm expanded in 2011 through the acquisition of a CPA firm in London, OH.

In late 2018, Kentner Sellers purchased S.J. Meyer and Associates, Inc., an Englewood, OH CPA firm specializing in servicing small businesses and medical practices.

The firm expanded again 2022, with the purchase of Smith Denlinger & Co. Inc., a Dayton, OH CPA firm specializing in servicing small businesses in the Greater Dayton Region.
