The health and well being of our team and our clients is paramount to Kentner Sellers, and we want you to know that we are taking proactive steps to continue to serve you in a safe environment. In light of the recent Declaration of a State of Emergency in Ohio by Governor DeWine and growing concerns about the impact of Coronavirus (COVID-19), we want you to know how we are responding.
As a proactive measure to restrict the spread of COVID-19, we have enacted a voluntary remote working policy across our Firm, effective March 18, until further notice. Our office will remain open for our normal busy season business hours with the necessary staff to support our business operations. However, we encourage clients to submit documents electronically if possible.
We are committed to providing excellent service to our clients and we do not anticipate any disruption in meeting our clients’ needs. We have the tools and technologies needed to work effectively remotely and we will continue to support you during this time. We encourage you to send in any outstanding items needed as quickly as possible so that your team at Kentner Sellers can work to meet your deadlines.
Currently, the Trump Administration and Congressional leaders are negotiating fiscal-stimulus measures to provide relief for the coronavirus pandemic, which might include loosening rules for the April 15th tax deadline. We are monitoring this situation closely and will communicate any updates or changes as they become available.
We would be happy to provide you with information regarding our electronic document sharing platform (Sharefile). We are also willing to discuss making other arrangements in the event that you would like to meet with our team virtually.
